The Special Power of Attorney document allows Bitter Buyer to speak on your behalf to obtain information and recover your investment. It is strictly limited to the purchase in dispute. Do I have to put up money to get started?
No. There are zero upfront fees. If we don’t collect for you, we don’t get paid. Period. Will I be required to do a lot of work?
We do 99% of all the work necessary to recover your investment. However, you will have to put forth the time and effort to provide the documentation required for Bitter Buyer to take your case.Will this process affect my credit?
No. This process does not affect your credit whatsoever. In cases where a purchase has been made by credit card, it will be imperative that you continue to pay your monthly bill on time. Until we collect your money and the process is complete, your charge for the purchase in dispute will remain and must be treated as any other charge.Can you still help me if I already tried to get my money back and was not successful?
The answer is yes. Many of our clients have spent endless hours trying on their own with little or no success. Most often, we win where they have failed.
